I am very much in favor of universial basic income, but I think there are many more problems, like the low prestige of pro-social jobs.. I have heard to teachers in the US who had to work weekend jobs in order make ends meet... And then, a lot of forager type people have spoken in favor of universial basic income, but not much has changed... you don't need to convice me, when the majority of Americans are against it :(
